Agreed that Councillor C.Clement-Williams be appointed Chairperson for the meeting.

Minutes:

Decisions:

 

1.      That the Trustees of Margam Village Minis F. C. receive a grant of £715 pa for 2021/2022 only and then £665 per annum towards the lease of Margam Village Field, subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1st April 2022.

 

2.      That the Trustees of Seven Sisters RFC receive a grant of £550 pa for 2021/2022 only and then £500 per annum towards the lease of Seven Sisters Playing Fields, subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1st April 2022.

 

3.      That the Trustees of Croeserw Athletic Football Club receive a grant of £1,155 for 2021/2022 only and then £1,100 per annum towards the lease of Playing Field and Pavilion at Tudor Park, subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1st April 2022.

 

4.      That the Trustees of Cwmgors RFC receive a grant of  £495 pa for 2021/2022 only and then £460 per annum towards the lease of Dressing Room Building at Parc y Werin, subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1st April 2022.

 

Reason for Decisions:

 

To enable the Council to progress grant applications.

 

Implementation of Decisions:

 

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.

Access to Meetings

That pursuant to Regulation 4 (3) and (5) of Statutory Instrument 2001 No. 2290, the public be excluded for the following item of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 14 or Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.

That pursuant to Regulation 4 (3) and (5) of Statutory Instrument 2001 No. 2290, the public be excluded for the following items of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.
