Report of the Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Decisions:

1.           That grant assistance of £250 per annum be awarded towards the annual lease of land adjoining the Vale of Neath Leisure Centre for the Vale of Neath Biking and Boarding Club, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

2.           That grant assistance of £1,980 per annum be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of Cymmer Afan Community Library, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

3.           That grant assistance of £200 be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of the bowling green at Dyfed Road, Neath, for Dyfed Road Bowling Association, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

4.           That grant assistance of £200 be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of the bowling green at Vivian Memorial Park, Sandfields, Port Talbot, for Vivian Park Bowls Association, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

5.           That grant assistance of £200 be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of the bowling green at Ynysmaerdy Bowls Green, Briton Ferry, for Ynysmaerdy Bowls Association, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

6.           That grant assistance of £200 be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of the of bowls green at Talbot Memorial Park Port Talbot, for Talbot Memorial Park Bowls Association, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

7.           That grant assistance of £200 be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of Parc y Werin Bowls Green, Gwaun Cae Gurwen, for Gwaun Cae Gurwen Community Bowls Club, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

8.           That grant assistance of £200 be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of Bryn Bowls Green, for Bryn Bowls Club, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

9.           That grant assistance of £200 be awarded towards the rent amount of the lease of bowling green at Tudor Park Croeserw, for Croeserw Bowls Club, subject to review in line with rent reviews.

To decide on the amount of financial support in respect of the grant applications received.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.

Decision:

That grant assistance towards the re-pointing of Saron Chapel external wall, at Saron Chapel, Crynant, for a maximum of 25% of the total costs (estimated at £2,400), be awarded.
