Community Councils Minor Projects Scheme - Application form Blaengwrach Community Council PDF 220 KB Minutes: Members
received a verbal updated that the maximum amount of £14,000 contained within
the circulated report was incorrect and should have read £10,850 as detailed
below. Decision: That
a grant of 70% of actual costs, up to a maximum of £10,850 be awarded to Blaengwrach Community
Council, from the Community Councils Minor Projects Scheme. Reason for the Decision: To
enable the Council to be compliant with the approved policy and to enable
community improvements. Implementation of Decision: That
the decision be implemented after the three day call in period which ends at
9am, Sunday, 19th December 2021. |

Community Councils Minor Projects Scheme - Application from Resolven Commumnity Council PDF 214 KB Minutes: Decision: That

Miscellaneous Grant Fund Application PDF 316 KB Minutes: Decision: That
the increase in rent of the Lease of Parc Ynysderw Playing Fields be delayed until 24 May 2022, and
the existing grant of £1,500 pa continue to be provided to The Trustees of Parc Ynysderw Sports Association
until 23 May 2022. Thereafter a grant of £1,650 pa will be provided until the
next rent review. Reason for Decision: To
enable a decision to be made on the amount of financial support in respect of
the grant application received. Implementation of Decision: The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period which ends at

The Harold and Joyce Charles Trust (Exempt Under Paragraph 14) Minutes: Decisions: 1.
That the applications for awards, as detailed at appendix B of the
private circulated report, from the Harold and Joyce Charles Fund, for the
academic year 2021/2022 to eligible applications received on or before the
closing date, be approved. 2.
That the allocation of monies of £2000.00 for 5 full-time students, as
detailed at appendix B to the private circulated report, be approved. 3.
That payments be authorised to those applicants for whom continuing
support from the Harold and Joyce Charles Fund has already been approved. Reason for Decisions: To
provide appropriate financial support for students who would otherwise suffer
hardship. Implementation of
Decisions: The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period which ends at
9am, Sunday, 19th December 2021. |

Glamorgan Further Education Trust Fund (Exempt Under Paragraph 14) Minutes: Decisions: That
the applications for awards, as detailed in appendices B and C of the private
circulated report, from the Glamorgan Further Education Trust Fund, for the
academic year 2021/2022 to eligible applications received on or before the closing
date, be approved. That
the allocation of monies up to the maximum of £3,760.00 for 1 full-time
student; a maximum of £1,250.00 for 1 part-time student; and £250.00 for 1
application for tools (all detailed at appendix B, C and D to the private, circulated
report) be approved. That
payments to those applicants for whom continuing support from the Glamorgan
Further Education Trust Fund has already been approved, be approved. Reason for Decisions: To
provide appropriate financial support for students who would otherwise suffer hardship. Implementation of Decision: The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period which ends at
