Members were supportive of the addition to the recommendations as below proposed by the Scrutiny Committee held prior to this meeting.

Decision:

That approval be granted for the Strategic Business Plan for Adult and Children’s Services as detailed in Appendix 1 to the circulated report with the addition that the Strategic Business Plan for Adult and Children’s Services be made available to the general public for comment.

Reason for Decision:

In order to meet the requirements of the Performance Management Framework.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
