Section 38 Highways Act 1980 Agreement, Commuted Sum Payment - Cae Morfa, Phases Three and Four Skewen Minutes: Decision: That
the recommendations contained within the private, circulated report, be agreed. Reason for Decisions: To
mitigate any further costs incurred by the Council, which in turn would provide
a significant sum of that would assist with management and maintenance for the
