Agreed that Councillor A.R.Lockyer be appointed Chairperson for the meeting.

Decision:

That, in line with the approved policy, the following changes be approved to the Local Authority Governor Representatives for Cefn Saeson Comprehensive School to existing vacancies and vacancies that will arise up to and including the end of Spring Term 2017/18 as detailed in the circulated report.

Cefn Saeson Comprehensive School remove Mr. Stephen John and appoint Cllr. Mark Protheroe.

Reason for Decisions:

To enable the Authority to contribute to effective school governance through representation on school governing bodies.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
