Agreed that Cllr.P.A.Rees be appointed Chairperson for the meeting.

Decision:

That, in line with the approved policy, the following changes be approved to the Local Authority Governor representatives up to and including the end of the Spring Term 2017/18 as detailed in the circulated report:-

YGG Cymllynfell remove Mrs K.Lloyd and appoint

Cllr. Hugh Jones

Reason for Decision:

To enable the Authority to contribute to effective school governance through representation on school governing bodies.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
