Members considered the review of actions undertaken to deliver against the priorities of the council’s Strategic Workforce Plan: The Future of Work Strategy 2022 – 2027 in the year 2025 / 2026.

 

It be agreed that:

 

1.           The 7 Strategic Workforce priorities remain relevant and fit for purpose.

 

2.           The proposed Delivery Plan for 2025 / 2026, as detailed at Appendix 3 to the circulated report, be approved.

That the introduction of a Secure Allowance Payment to employee’s requiring registration with Social Care Wales to work at Hillside Secure Children’s Home, backdated with effect from 1st April 2024, be approved.
