Minutes:

Members were asked to approve the creation of six full time employees’ posts for the period 2019-2020 to develop Youth Homelessness, Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing provisions, and the West Glamorgan Regional Partnership to support Young Carers within Neath Port Talbot.

 

RESOLVED:         that the creation of six full time employees’ posts for the period 2019-2020 to develop Youth Homelessness, Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing provisions, and the West Glamorgan Regional Partnership to support Young Carers within Neath Port Talbot, be approved, as detailed below:-

·            Youth Homelessness & Wellbeing Team Leader (JNC 17-20)

·            Youth Homelessness Youth Workers x 2 (JNC 13-16)

·            Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Youth Workers x 2 (JNC 13-16)

·             Young Carers Youth Worker x 1 (JNC 13-16)

RESOLVED:         that the Time to Change Wales Campaign’s Employer Pledge Commitment, be approved.

Voluntary Redundancy (VR) Scheme Update

Minutes:

Members were updated on the details of all posts to be deleted from the Council's establishment on the grounds of Voluntary Redundancy (VR), together with details of all consequential job/organisational structure changes

 

RESOLVED:         that the report be noted.
