Members received an update of the final outcome report in relation to the Voluntary Redundancy Scheme launched in October 2017.

 

RESOLVED:        that the report be noted.

Access to Meetings

RESOLVED:

that pursuant to Section 100A(4) and (5) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following items of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12 and 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the above Act.

Re-grading of Post

Minutes:

Members were asked to approve the regrading of the post of Coordinator for Inclusion following the creation of the Wellbeing Team.

 

RESOLVED:     that the regrading of the post of Coordinator for Inclusion following the creation of the Wellbeing Team, be approved.

5.

Management Restructure

Minutes:

Members were asked to approve a revised staffing structure for Margam Country Park, also to approve minor staffing changes in the Physical Activity and Sport Service, and the Princess Royal.

 

RESOLVED:        the revised staffing changes as outlined in the                               circulated report, be approved.

6.

Education Psychology Staffing Structure

Minutes:

Members were asked to approve an existing temporary Educational Psychology post into a permanent post.

 

RESOLVED:        the revised staffing changes as outlined in the                               circulated report, be approved.

Access Managed Services

Minutes:

Members were asked to approve the establishment of catering posts within Access Managed Services of the Education Leisure and Lifelong Learning Directorate.

 

RESOLVED:     that the establishment of catering posts within Access Managed Services of the Education Leisure and Lifelong Learning Directorate, as contained in the circulated report, be approved.

Local Government Pay Update 2018/2019

Minutes:

Members were given an update in relation to national pay negotiations for Local Government Services (LGS) (Green Book) employees.
