RESOLVED:       that the following urgency decision taken by the Director of Social Services, Health and Housing in consultation with the requisite Members, be noted:-

                              Restructure of Senior Management Arrangements

Members received an update of the final outcome report in relation to the Voluntary Redundancy Scheme launched in October 2017.

RESOLVED:        that the report be noted.

Members were asked to approve the regrading of the post of Coordinator for Inclusion following the creation of the Wellbeing Team.

Members were asked to approve a revised staffing structure for Margam Country Park, also to approve minor staffing changes in the Physical Activity and Sport Service, and the Princess Royal.

Members were asked to approve an existing temporary Educational Psychology post into a permanent post.

Members were asked to approve the establishment of catering posts within Access Managed Services of the Education Leisure and Lifelong Learning Directorate.

RESOLVED:     that the establishment of catering posts within Access Managed Services of the Education Leisure and Lifelong Learning Directorate, as contained in the circulated report, be approved.

Members were given an update in relation to national pay negotiations for Local Government Services (LGS) (Green Book) employees.

RESOLVED:        that the report be noted.
