Agenda and draft minutes

(i) To consider the appointments of the Licensing and Gambling

Acts Sub Committee for the Civic Year 2021/22, comprising 3

places, for the purpose of the functions as set out in the

Constitution.

(ii) To affirm the Sub Committee Membership based on the

principles in the report to the Special Council on 17 March 2021

(iii) To appoint the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Sub

Committee.

RESOLVED:       (a)     that the appointment of the above Sub

Committee for the Civic Year 2021/22,

comprising 3 places, for the purpose of the

functions as set out in the Constitution, be

approved;

(b)     that the Sub Committee Membership be

affirmed as set out the report of the   Council meeting of 17^th March 2021

and that the other arrangements as set out in that report be also affirmed;

(c)     that the following Members be appointed

as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Sub

Committee respectively:-

Councillors S.Paddison and D.Whitelock
