Minutes: Members were asked to consider representations received in respect of the following application made under the Licensing Act 2003.
Resolved: Members were in agreement to Refuse
the application to vary the Premises Licence. The primary licensing objectives
being, the prevention of public nuisance and prevention of crime and disorder. Members
concluded the measures the applicant had in place, and further proposed, would
not effectively combat the noise nuisance. |
