Officer explained when processing the application, there was an administrative error. A decision had been suggested that the notice would go back onto the Council website – this time for 28 days to ensure compliance with the Regulations. Members of the public would be able to submit further representation and this Item would be brought back to members when the period had finished.

Officers were asked to proceed with the process, put the notice onto the website and defer the item.
