RESOLVED:
|
That
the application for the grant of Premises Licence – Sports Bar 98 made by, JDS
Team, 98 Herbert Street, Pontardawe, SA8 4ED, be
approved, as detailed within the circulated report, and subject to the
following condition:
1. There shall be no regulated entertainment in the form of
internal live or recorded music within the premises until the licence holder
or owner of the premises obtains an independent acoustic consultant’s report
and implements all recommended control measures contained within such
report. The acoustic consultant shall
be a member of the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) and a member of the
Institute of Acoustics. Prior to undertaking
a noise assessment for the purpose of preparation of the report, the
consultant shall contact the Local Authority and shall agree a methodology.
Such agreement on the part of the Local authority shall not be unreasonably
withheld or delayed. A copy of the report, once prepared, and which evidences
that the requirements of the report have been complied with, shall be
submitted to the Local Authority.
