RESOLVED:   That the application for the variation of the premises licence for the Rock and Fountain, Glynneath Road, Aberdulais, be approved, subject to the following conditions: -

  1. Beer Garden 1 (as identified on the plan attached to the licence) shall not be used between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.; and
  2. Prominent signs will be erected in Beer Garden 1 requesting patrons to keep noise levels to a minimum and leave in a quiet and orderly manner so as to minimise impact on local residents.
