requisite Members, be noted:- Urgency Action No. 0314 Application for the renewal of
Hackney Carriage Proprietor’s Licence, Mr Steve Rees. Members
noted that a report would be submitted to the next meeting in relation to
possibly delegating authority for the approval/refusal of Proprietor’s Licences
which are submitted after the licence has expired |
