The minutes of the previous meeting on the 3^rd October 2022 were approved.

Any urgent items at the discretion of the Chairperson pursuant to Section 100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972.

Members were asked to consider an application for the renewal and transfer of a hackney carriage proprietor licence, which had recently expired.

Resolved:

Members were in agreement to GRANT the application, and expressed condolences to the applicants loss.

Members were given an overview to the circulated report, and asked to consider an amendment to the exisiting Taxi Licensing Policy

Resolved:

It was agreed, that the report be GRANTED, on the condition of a consultation exercise implemented prior to final determination.
