That the report be noted.

That pursuant to Section 100A(4) and (5) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following items of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12 and 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the above Act.

RESOLVED:        that pursuant to Section 100A(4) and (5) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following item of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the above Act.

The Committee was asked to consider the appropriate action in respect of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire driver, where the driver has incurred a recent conditional caution for failure to report an accident.

The Applicant was present at the meeting to disclose details of the incident.

RESOLVED:     that the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire driver would receive a written warning which will stay on file in the Licensing Section for the duration of the licence.
