Application for a hackney carriage and private hire driver licence - Case 1 Minutes: The
Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview of the private,
circulated report. The
driver was in attendance and addressed the Committee, along with 2
representatives. Decision: That
after hearing all representations and reviewing the private circulated report,
the Application be REFUSED, as the Committee did not deem the applicant
to be a fit and proper person, and it was felt there was no justification to
depart from the Council’s Taxi Licensing Policy Guidelines on this occasion. |
