That pursuant to Section 100BA (2) and (7) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following items of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12 and 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the above Act.

Renewal of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence - Case 1

Minutes:

The Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview to the private circulated report.

 

The driver was in attendance and addressed the Committee.

 

Decision:

That after hearing all representations and reviewing the private circulated report, the recommendation was approved but the driver be issued with a warning letter.

 

7.

Minutes:

The Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview to the private circulated report.

 

The driver was in attendance and addressed the Committee.

 

Decision:

That after hearing all representations and reviewing the private circulated report, the recommendation was approved but the driver be issued with a warning letter.
