Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview to the private
circulated report. The
driver was in attendance and addressed the Committee. The
Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview to the private

after hearing all representations and reviewing the private circulated report,
the driver be issued with a warning letter. The Committee also requested that
the driver be encouraged to read the Equality Act 2010 literature and, if
available, to attend a course regarding the same. Minutes: The
