1.	Chairpersons Announcements Minutes: The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. The Chair went on to inform the Committee of typo errors within the agenda pack, namely on pages 16 and 17 of the circulated private agenda pack.
2.	Declarations of Interest Decision: A declaration of interest was received from Cllr. H. Davies, against agenda item 4. The declaration was deemed prejudicial and Cllr. Davies left the meeting at this agenda item. A declaration of interest was also received from Cllr. A. Richards, Chairperson, against agenda item 4. The interest was not deemed personal or prejudicial and Cllr Richards remained within the meeting. Minutes: A declaration of interest was received from Cllr. H. Davies, against agenda item 4. 4.	Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licensing PDF 308 KB Additional documents: Item 1 Appendix 1 , item 4. PDF 418 KB Decision: The Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview to the circulated report. The applicant was in attendance. Decision The Committee determined to APPROVE the application, subject to the relevant vehicle conversion certificate being supplied. Minutes: The Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview to the circulated report. The applicant was in attendance. 5.	Urgent Items Any urgent items at the discretion of the Chairperson pursuant to Section 100BA(6)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended). Minutes: There were none.
6. Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licensing View the reasons why item 7. is restricted Decision: The Licensing Manager provided the Committee with an overview to the private circulated report. The applicant was in attendance. Decision The application was DECLINED, based on failure to convince the Committee the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence.
