Agenda and minutes

The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

No declarations of interest were received.

That the previous minutes of the Registration and Licensing Committee held on Monday 6^th of March 2023, be approved as an accurate record.

Members were given an overview to the circulated report by the Licensing Manager.

Members noted a typo error within paragraph two, page 17 of the report, Officers confirmed the report would be amended to rectify this error.

Members requested the licencing manager sought additional details on Group 2 driving standards, which are part of the current DVLA Medical conditions check. The Licensing Manager responded that they will write to the DVLA expressing Members concerns over the present standards, and report back to Committee once this information had been retrieved

Decision:

That having due regard to appendix 1, Members were in agreement to APPROVE the report.

Any urgent items at the discretion of the Chairperson pursuant to Section 100BA(6)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
