Decision:
That members approve the closure of the Crematorium Office
on a Sunday (subject to exceptional circumstances), not including Mother’s Day,
Father’s Day, Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. The grounds and Chapel of
Remembrance will remain open to visitors and there will still be a staff
presence on site during the opening hours of the grounds.
Minutes:
There was a proposed addition of wording to the recommendation. The
additional wording read - subject to exceptional circumstances.
Members proposed and seconded the amendment and approved the motion
