3 Performance Indicators
Members
received the quarter 3 service performance information for the Key Performance
Indicators and compliments and complaints data, as detailed within the
circulated report.
Discussions
took place around the complexity of the report. It was noted that the report
needed to be public friendly, to ensure the Council are meeting public
participation. It was also noted that the acronyms within the reports needed to
be clear with definitions detailed or alternatively removed.
The
