Decision:

That having given due regard to the integrated impact assessment, approval be granted to advertise the proposed removal of the No Entry traffic regulation order at the southern end of the rear lane to 1-17 Crown Street, Port Talbot (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and if no objections are received that the proposals be implemented on site as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The proposed removal of No Entry traffic regulation order will enable the waste collection teams to enter the lane from the south, making their collection round easier, more efficient and reduce the risk of third party damage

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period, which ended at 9am, Sunday 9 October 2022.
