to Meetings to resolve to exclude the public for the following item(s) pursuant
to Section 100A(4) and (5) of the Local Government Act
1972 and the relevant exempt paragraphs of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the above
Act.
Minutes:
Prior to moving in to private
session, Members queried the possibility of discussing the report in Public
session. Following Legal advice around the confidentiality of the financial
information as detailed in Paragraph 2.2 of the private report. Members agreed
the following resolution:

RESOLVED: |
that
pursuant to Section 100A(4) and (5) of the Local Government Act 1972, the
public be excluded for the following items of business which involved the
likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 14 of Part 4
of Schedule 12A to the above Act. |
