Decision:
That
having had due regard to the first stage integrated impact assessment, the
vacant property at Cramic Way, Port Talbot, SA13 1RU,
be declared as surplus to the operational requirements of the Social Services,
Health and Housing Directorate, and responsibility be transferred to the Head
of Property and Regeneration.
Reason for Decision:
To
declare the property as being surplus to the operational requirements of the
Social Services, Health and Housing Directorate and transfer responsibility to
the Head of Property and Regeneration.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
