Decision:
That
the full amount of monies, for the reasons detailed in the private, circulated
report, be waived.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure the Authority exercises it discretion under the Housing Grants
Construction and Regeneration Act 1996: Disabled Facilities Grant (Conditions
relating to approval or payment of Grant) General Consent 2008.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
