Decision:
That
the Works Programme expenditure for 2021/2022, as detailed in Appendix A of the
circulated report, be approved.
Minutes:
It
was noted that after the three day call in period officers would be writing to
all Members with detail of the works to be carried out in their wards under the
new programme.
Decision:
Having
given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, as detailed in the circulated
report.
That
the Works Programme expenditure for 2021/2022, as detailed in Appendix A of the
circulated report, be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To maintain assets for which the Council is
responsible and address community concerns in relation to same.
Implementation of Decision:
The decision will be
implemented after the three day call in period.
