the Hillside Separation Policy as detailed in Appendix 1 to the circulated
report be approved.

the Hillside Separation Policy as detailed in Appendix 1 to the circulated
report be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To
comply with the requirements of The Regulated Services (Service Providers and
Responsible Individual (Wales) Regulations 2017 and statutory guidance issued thereunder
and to ensure that the policy is in line with the newly revised Behaviour
Management Policy.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
