Minutes:
The
Chief Executive of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council made a declaration
of interest at the commencement of the meeting:
Steven Phillips Re Future Arrangements in
Respect of Neath Port Talbot Council Shareholding in Baglan Bay Company Limited
and Coed Darcy Limited, as he is a Director of the
companies concerned. As his interest was prejudicial he withdrew from the room
during discussion and voting thereon.
