Decision:
That
the Traffic Regulation Orders for a 20mph Zone and Speed Cushions at Briton
Ferry, Melin and Neath (as detailed at Appendices A,
B and C to the circulated report), be approved and the objectors informed
accordingly.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure the reduction of vehicular speed in the interest of road safety.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
