the Traffic Regulation Order for No Waiting at Any Time at Seaward Avenue and
Seaward Close, Sandfields, Port Talbot, be
advertised, and should no objections be received, the Order be implemented.
Reason for Decision:
To
prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of highway safety.
Implementation of Decision:
