Decision:
That
the Individual Disabled Parking Place at No. 52 Park Avenue, Skewen, SA10 6SA be implemented as advertised, the
objection overruled, and the objector informed accordingly.
Reason for Decision:
A review
of the medical assessment had been undertaken and found the original assessment
to be robust and therefore meets the criteria for an Individual Disabled
Parking Place.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
