Decision:
That
the objection be overruled in part and the Traffic Order (Prohibition of
Waiting at Any Time at Penyard Road, Neath Abbey, Neath) be amended as indicated at Appendix B to the circulated
report, and re-advertised as above. Should no objections be received, the Order
be implemented, and the objectors informed accordingly.
Reason for Decision:
To
prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of highway safety.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
