Decision:
That
the Adult Services Debt Management and Recovery Policy as detailed in the
circulated report as Appendix 1 be approved.
Reason for Decision:
To
comply with the requirements of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act
2014 and Part 4 & 5 Code of Practice (Charging and Financial Assessment)
Annex F, dealing with the recovery of debt and deprivation of assets.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
