Decision:
That
the Deferred Payments Policy be approved as detailed in Appendix A to the
circulated report.
Reason for Decision:
To
comply with the requirements of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act 2014 to
offer a deferred payment agreement.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
