Minutes:
Officers amended the ‘Implementation of Decision’ Section
to read ‘The decision is proposed for implementation
after the three-day call-in period’ from ‘The decision is proposed for
immediate implementation’.
Decision:
That free Christmas parking be agreed in Neath, Port Talbot and Pontardawe Pay and Display Car Parks from Saturday 15 December 2018 to Tuesday 1 January 2019
inclusive (excluding Gnoll, Afan
Forest Country Parks and Seafront car parks).
Reason for Decision:
Free
parking over the festive period is likely to attract Christmas shoppers to our
town centres supporting local businesses.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
