Decision:
That
the objection be over ruled, the Traffic Regulation Orders at Water Street and
St. David’s Street, Neath as detailed in the circulated report, be implemented
as previously advertised, and the objector informed accordingly.
Reason for Decision:
To
prevent indiscriminate parking and prevent a right turn into St David’s Street
in the interest of road safety.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
