Decision:

That the detailed action plan contained in Appendix H to the circulated report, be endorsed.

Reason for Decision:

To ensure the Council’s arrangements for dealing with pot holes remain suitable and sufficient.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
