Decisions:
That
the Director of Environment be granted delegated authority to
(a)
formally notify Simons that it can no longer take the scheme forward
with them as a partner, and legally terminate their relationship to the scheme;
(b)
proceed with the development of the retail scheme on the
site of the former multi-storey car park, linking it to the existing Wilkos unit.
Reason for Decisions:
To ensure the successful continued redevelopment of Neath Town Centre
and to formally end arrangements with the currently appointed developer.

Decisions:
The
decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.
