That the recommended offer for the property previously known as Arwelfa Care Home, by A.H. and A.M., which represents
market value for the property, be accepted.
Reason for Decision:
To enable the
disposal of a surplus property and attain a capital receipt.
Implementation of Decision:
The decision will be
implemented after the three day call in period.
Consultation:
The Local Member for the Cymmer ward has been consulted and is generally supportive
of the proposal to dispose of the former Arwelfa Care
Home and Day Centre on the open market.
