having given due regard to the integrated impact assessment, approval be
granted to advertise the proposed prohibition of waiting at any time traffic
regulation order on Hawthorn Close at the junction with Ynys y Gwas (as
detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and if no objections are received
that the proposals be implemented on site as advertised.
