having had due regard to the first stage Integrated Impact Assessment, the
terms and conditions for the grant of an agreement for lease, and internal
repairing lease of Retail Unit 3, within the Neath Town Centre Leisure and
Retail Development on the terms set out in the Private circulated report, be
agreed.
Reason for Decision:
To
allow this prominently located vacant premises to be let and operated by a new
local company as a start-up business venture and also
provide an annual income for the Council.
