Having given due regard to
the integrated impact screening assessment:
1.
That delegated authority be granted to Neath Town Centre for one year
pursuant to section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 and section 19 of the
Local Government Act 2000 to operate a community meals service at Neath Town Café
in accordance with the Health and Social Services and Social Security
Adjudications Act 1983.
2.
That the Head of Adult Services in consultation with the Head of Legal
and Democratic Services be granted delegated authority to enter into a suitable
agreement to document this delegation.
