Decision:

Having given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, that approval be granted for officers to commence negotiations and submit a funding application, as detailed in the private circulated report.

Reason for Decision:

The further development of the proposal will help to alleviate

congestion, help Air Quality in the locality and release development land in Cimla presently stymied by capacity issues at this junction.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
