Decision details

1.   That the Trustees of Tyn y Twr Bowling Club receive £200 p.a. subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1^st April 2021 towards the rent of £220 pa in relation to the Lease of Baglan Bowling Green, Baglan Park.

2.   That the Trustees of Bryn Residents Action Group receive £285 p.a., subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1^st April 2021 towards the rent of £330 pa in relation to the Lease of  the multi use games area at Bryn Welfare Park.

3.   That the TDM Community Studio CIC receive £5,500 pa, subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1^st April 2021 towards the lease of £5,874 pa of Mozart Drive, Community Centre, Port Talbot.

4.   That the Trustees of Taibach Community Library receive £1,330 pa, subject to review in line with rent reviews wef from 1^st April 2021 towards the rent of £1,430 pa in relation to the Lease of Taibach Library Port Talbot.
