Decision details

1.           That the business case at Appendix 1 to the circulated report be endorsed, and its submission to the City Deal Economic Strategy Board, Joint Committee, Welsh and UK Governments authorised, with the objective of the earliest possible approval.

2.           That the minutes of today’s Joint Regeneration and Sustainable Development and Cabinet Scrutiny Committee be presented to Council and an update be given by the Leader on the progress of the submission of the business case.

3.           That the Regeneration and Sustainable Development Scrutiny Committee continue to scrutinise the progress of the City Deal.
