Decision details

1.              That the exclusions from the requirements of competition, as set out in the Council’s Corporate Contract Procedure rules, be utilised;

2.              That Clause 3.1(ii) be utilised for the execution of the work of a specialist nature which will be carried by (Quantum Geotechnical) one contractor/consultant;

3.              That permission be granted to enter into contract with the value to be reported and included in the Council’s Capital Programme.
